Nova is a big-bodied young cow with Wes Watson and Owen McGill breeding on the bottom and the one and only 585 Overwhelming Toro as her grandsire.  Toro has been a TLBAA Horn Showcase Champion in both the Tip-To-Tip and Total Horn Divisions for the past 5 years.  Her horns are starting to roll back nicely and in a few years she will have a pretty set of Texas twist horns. She is bred back to Shakota Chex for a fall 2008 calf.  (Photo taken 7-16-08)
