  Delta is the biggest cow we own and one of the gentlest so we appropriately nicknamed her "gentle giant".  She has raised a big calf every year, is a heavy milker, docile and very easy to work.  Delta is one-half Butler and she has the typical "crocodile eyes" that most Butler (and Butler blend) cows possess.  Delta is heavy bred to Shakota Chex and due to calve in early fall..
